Henry can win this election, but only if true conservatives from North Mississippi turn out and vote tomorrow.

With so many candidates in the race, there has been a lot of noise on the campaign trail. But Henry Ross is the only candidate who has a plan to restore constitutional government and biblical values to America.

If you support these ideas, then we need you to get out and vote tomorrow, and remind your friends and neighbors.

Polls are open from 7am to 7pm. If you don’t know your polling place, you can find it here.

Thanks for your support and your prayers.

Conservative Campaign Committee Endorsement Announcement

CCC Announcement via Facebook below:

We are pleased to announce that CCC PAC has made an official endorsement in the Special Election for Congress in Mississippi-01: Conservative Republican Henry Ross!

Ross is a fantastic constitutional conservative who has an impeccable record and would serve us well in Congress.

Married with three children, Ross is an alumnus of University of Mississippi. Ross honorably served our nation in the U.S. Navy as one of the prestigious U.S. Navy JAG Corps officers. Henry Ross continued his military service in the U.S. Naval Reserve, retiring at the rank of Commander in 2005. Ross was recognized as one of the nation’s Top 3 Naval Reserve JAG Corps officers.

Ross’s service continued when he was elected Mayor of Eupora – a wonderfully picturesque community in Mississippi.

Henry Ross also served with distinction as Assistant District Attorney and was appointed by Mississippi’s governor to the post of Circuit Court Judge.

On top of that, Henry Ross was also appointed to a post in the Justice Department during the George W. Bush administration.

Henry Ross has a life’s record of accomplishment and achievement, and we know he will make an exceptional Member of Congress.

And best of all, Ross has a record of unwavering conservatism, even calling out members of his own party when they have surrendered to liberal ideals or positions.

Electing Henry Ross to Congress will help stiffen the spines of Republicans as they take the fight to repeal, repudiate and undo Barack Obama’s agenda. Ross is a strong supporter of the Tea Party movement and he has declared the following: “I want to restore the pillars of faith, family and freedom on which The Founders established this nation.”

The Special Election for Congress is just a few weeks away and Henry Ross needs our help ASAP to secure victory in this race.

Ross Addresses Taxes

posted in: News | 0

“As tax day winds down, the question is: Have you had enough?
You work hard only to watch much of the money you earn go to pay for endless, big government giveaways.
Looking at it another way, Washington career politicians use your earnings to keep themselves in office. The taxes you work hard to pay fund the giveaways they dole out. In turn, their giveaways win favor, support, and votes from those who benefit from their handouts. The lifeblood of Washington career politicians is the campaign contributions that come from those who profit from big government giveaways. Your money keeps this system working.
So-called Congressional conservatives tell us down here they’ll fight to roll back Washington’s big government. They tout their meaningless votes on bills that will never pass to support their credentials as conservatives. But to please party leaders in Washington and keep their campaign coffers full, they always vote for the budgets and appropriations that keep it all going. These votes are usually out of the sight and minds of average conservative voters.
So, have you had enough?
Washington’s big government ways can only be changed by returning our country to limited, Constitutional government. If we significantly limit government, lower taxes, and honor God and his Word as a nation as our founders did, we will see the explosion of a new era of freedom, prosperity, and blessing from above.
It’s not too late to turn America away from redistribution, dependency, and debt. It’s not too late to return our county to the great virtues of limited government, self-reliance, and individual and moral responsibility.
Our founders had this vision. So did Ronald Reagan. We can too.
It’s not enough just to say we’re pro-life, pro-gun, and want to repeal ObamaCare. Just about every candidate in this race is in favor of these issues. I am too. But the heart of the matter is the size and scope of the federal government.
Real change won’t come until the federal government, its impact on everyday Americans and American business, and its tax burden are significantly reduced. Real change will come as we return the federal government to its Constitutional limits and send power back to the states and the people.
I’m the only candidate who’s talking about this. This is why I’m running for Congress.
If you send me to Washington, I’ll join the real conservatives in the U.S. House of Representatives who are fighting for this cause.
Had enough? Are you ready for a change?
If you are, I ask for your vote on May 12th for United States Congress.”

We hope to see you there!

In a statement slated for release to the press on March 12, 2015, Henry had this to say concerning his announcement:

“I announce today that I am a candidate for United States Representative, to represent Mississippi’s First Congressional District in the U.S. Congress.

“In today’s America, the great virtues of limited government, self-reliance, and individual and moral responsibility are being rapidly replaced by reliance on big government. Hand-in-hand with big government come the destructive forces of redistribution and dependency.

“Contrary to the Constitution, God has been removed from our schools and from the public square. Government benefits have been substituted for fathers in the home, dooming millions of children to failure. States are denied the right to protect the unborn and preserve traditional marriage. Basic freedoms such as gun rights are in jeopardy, and fiscal irresponsibility and environmental overreach are the order of the day. Prosperity through private sector incentives, lower taxes, and less regulation is forgotten. Massive debt mounts as the size of government explodes.

“The evil of terror confronts us at every turn, seeking to destroy America and our great ally, Israel, while murdering ever- growing numbers of Christians and Jews worldwide. All the while, Washington’s leadership looks on, convening summits and seeking empty promises from Iran.

“America can change directions. We can restore our nation if we return to limited, Constitutional government and Biblical values, require individual and fiscal responsibility, and allow businesses and individuals freedom to bring us back to prosperity. We can protect our nation if we call evil what it is and are not afraid to confront it wherever it may be using whatever means we have to stop it.

“I’m running for Congress because I want to restore the foundations that made America great and to protect this great land. I want to see America and North Mississippi return to prosperity, with good jobs. Anne and I want our children and grandchildren to live among the virtues of limited government, self-reliance, and individual and moral responsibility.

I’ve made a lot of tough decisions as a public servant and have the scars to show for it. But I’ve always done what I thought was right, and that’s what I’ll do if I’m privileged to serve you in Washington. I’m ready to join the fight to restore and protect our great nation in the United States House of Representatives. I ask that you help me get there and together, we can change America.”
